The cabin has 1200 square feet of living space with a large 320 square foot covered porch. There is a new high efficiency gas forced air furnace, new 40 gallon gas hot water heater and a new larger than necessary drainfield and septic system. The well is a sand point with great water and plenty of it. The original cabin was built in 1996 out of logs as a hunting cabin. It was 16 x 20 with a crawl space underneath. In 2004 a 16 x 20 foot addition was added with water, septic and new heat. The addition has a full basement with washer dryer hook ups, water heater and furnace. The addition is higher than the original building to accomodate a large loft bedroom on what is the upstairs. All the water is in the new addition so the original cabin can be closed off if desired to save on heat while you are not there. There is a kitchen and dining area with all new cabinates and countertop. A full bath with shower/tub combination, vanity and stool.
